That patch needs to be applied regardless as the current code is simply 
incorrect. However, that patch is a bit of a hack as well. The right thing to 
do would be to include stdint.h and pull in the required typedefs from there; 
however the right thing would fail on Windows/Visual C++ as the C99-mandated 
stdint.h is missing from its library. So +1 on including the patch.

Eli, could you file a bug report on KDE bugzilla for this as well?

Hi!

I'm trying to upgrade to the latest kdebase, yum output is:

Processing Dependency: kde-config-kdm >= 3.5 for package: kdebase
Processing Dependency: kdebase-config-needed >= 3.5 for package: 
kde-config-kdebase

Can't find any package with the names kde-config-kdm and kdebase-config-needed 
for fc5.
