The script is in the module kdenonbeta/quality/wiki.sed

usage:

sed -f wiki.sed kdephpfile > wikifile

where kdephpfile is the file in kde.org php format and wikifile is the page in 
wiki format. If you make the script executable, you can do:

wiki.sed kdephpfile > wikifile
