Apache and mod_php are the current only requirements. I have tomcat
available but so far no-one has asked instructions on how to use it.
Also, we need a server to move the cvs to. As soon as someone has a
server available I will make a tar.bz2 copy of the CVS available. But,
as of that time the cvs here will have to be closed or people will be
checking things into different cvs's.
