I don't understand.  When I make a Plasma release I put it on kde.org
and put that link on Facebook, Google+, reddit.  I've not been given
access to the Twitter account and having to go through kde-promo for
one account adds delay and effort, often I don't bother.  I'd like to
be able to send it to all the networks like the rest of the messaging.
