Dear KDE Promo Team,

Some of you may already know that KDE is in the process of migrating to
Phabricator as a central place to manage its many projects. Phabricator is
a free (as in freedom) web-based tool originally designed for code review,
but can be used for all sorts of projects.

Why should you care about this?

Because KDE Promo has its own project on Phabricator:

https://phabricator.kde.org/project/profile/222/

And, of course, you just _have_ to be part of it, so come and join us! You
can participate in discussions around various marketing tasks, work on
resolving them, and suggest your own.

To join the KDE Promo project on Phabricator, log in with your KDE Identity
account and add yourself as a subscriber or watcher. Make sure to tweak
your email notifications preferences under Settings > Email > Email
Preferences to avoid flooding your inbox.

If you want to promote KDE, but you would prefer a different approach to
project planning, join us on IRC in the #kde-promo channel on Freenode.

We will use Phabricator as our main platform, but IRC is great for quick
questions, on-the-fly suggestions, and informal chats that would not be
suitable for Phabricator.

Whichever path you choose, we can't wait to meet you and start working with
you!

Your marketing and communication drones,

Paul and Ivana
