Hi all,

Great to hear from you guys, hope we get to make this work!

We would love to help with the travel expenses, but right now
unfortunately our budget is very tight and reserved for production of
basic conference materials' and getting keynote speakers. 

So at the moment, with anything other than that I will gladly help. Like
finding affordable accommodation, help with local promo material
production or answering any questions you might have, just let me know.
