I deal with users who are mostly oblivious to this kind of thing...to them, = "KDE" is enough. Techies (such as LUG members) are not particularly interested in the intern= al = KDE conversations. Mostly these are people who will be calling the new rele= ase = "Plasma 5" anyway. "2014.6" won't make sense to them and won't be used. It won't make much difference to the outside world that we have been using = various labels for the "new stuff". Our discussions have been speculative t= o = some degree. If something other than a simple "Plasma 5" is used, then = journalists and SlashSnark will come with questions if not insults. = From a promo point of view, Plasma 5 works better than the alternatives.
