KDE Promo (this mailing list) is the best place to share ideas.

Yes, there is a lot to do with Akademy. I'm mostly involved from the
perspective of KDE News and related publicity channels. It would be
valuable to add you to our PR effort. It would be particularly helpful
if you could engage the European IT and open source news channels.

Will you be at Akademy in Tallinn? There will be a lot to do
there--coordinating, writing and editing reports on sessions and
working sessions, sharing Akademy through PlanetKDE blogposts and
dot.kde.org, and communicating with the world outside of KDE.

Akademy is a major focus for us. The event generates a lot of energy
for all KDE programs.

Sound interesting?

Please contact me directly if you'd like to know more.

Thanks for getting involved. There's no place like KDE.

Carl
