Might be change logs could be managed using statusNET?. Using custom setup,
it wont be e.g.  difficult to turn #1238 into link to bugs.k.o,

But the key benefit - ease of use. Just use proper tagging, and virtually
anyone could have change logs on anything at anytime.

If you want to find all changes regarding Amarok's media colellction, just
search for #amarok #media, or find all changes in 4.7.1 release - #kde
#4.7.1.

That's it. Much faster to update than wiki's too ;)
