Desktop summit is August, so I think we should try and meet in May at the 
latest to get everything ready (other tasks can include 4.7 prep...)

I've started a page on the wiki to track where people are and when available:

I might be available in some of the times I've marked non-free but will have 
to check and pin people down on dates

Btw, if you have an idea for a venue, please also add that to the wiki page
