You can have a look at http://gearwear.spreadshirt.com. Looks like you don't have to worry about keeping different versions of the coloring of the logos around as Spreadshirt lets you do that on the fly when designing. Unfortunately a person buying a shirt cannot adjust the logo color themselves, only the color of the shirt itself.
