I have not yet looked into it in detail, but if we want to have the "update" 
feature it is much simpler if there's an HTML file somewhere at a standard and 
not changing location (e.g. kde.org/data/welcome/4.4/index.html).
I don't see this data like changing too much, and I think it's safer if it is 
in an svn-reachable location than in a wiki.

What do you think?
