"bug" is used with so many different meanings that's it's useless to ask=20 this question. Thomas meant "bug" in the sense of "software defect",=20 i.e. the software does not work as intended. A wrong text in an About=20 dialog is no software defect. Note that I'm arguing neither for or against changing the text. I'm just=20 explaining what most people mean when they say "bug".
