Thanks Martin! I copied the email text I had in mind below and the
spreadsheet is attached. I used << >>'s to signify where info would need to
be pulled in from the spreadsheet. Also, for some lists there are multiple
moderators. We separated their email addresses with spaces in that column
when there was more than one. Let me know if you have any questions or need
clarification.
Dear KDE Listserv Moderator,
The KDE-Promo team has done a review of all KDE managed listservs to
determine those which may be inactive. You are receiving this because your
email address, <<enter moderator email address>>, is listed as a moderator
of a listserv which we think might not be in use anymore.
Listserv Name: <<insert list name here>>
Can you please answer the following questions for us to help us take
appropriate action?
1) Do you think this list is still needed and/or still being used?
2) If yes, are you still interested in being a moderator?
3) If no, is there any other list we might want to direct people to before
removing this list?
Prior to removing the lists in question we will send out final notification
indicating the list is going to be removed and providing alternative lists
to join if any were suggested by the moderator(s).
