Aww. Don't take it quite so personally, my friend. Nuno can be very harsh at
times :) But we shan't judge him. I his busy schedule there is little time for
elaborations :) Allow me to do the honors.

What he means by "Bad" is that your mock-up, while quite artistic and
passionate, lacks direction. When someone puts a message on a T-Shirt, which
others are to wear, one usually intends to a) advertise an promote a certain
product, or b) make others aware of a certain idea. I believe you are trying
to achieve the later - to make aware.

Now, in order to make aware you, as a designer, have to 1) get the attention
of the general public; 2) keep the attention for long enough to 3) educate
them. God knows, we all love blue, but while so, blue isn't very eye-catching.
Instead it tends to get lost easily. Why? Well because the sky is blue, and so
is the water, so human brain naturally regards blue as something quite
natural. Hence the success of blue themed wallpapers.
Another words - if you want attention don't use blue, or use it in conjunction
with some other, eye catching color like red, yellow, orange, purple, or
bright green.
And finally on educational part - it's not quite clear what you mean there,
because the general public doesn't know much about KDE yet. So simply showing
them gear won't do. There must be more information there. Plus the figures
could use a little more work to make it more clear what you, as an author had
in mind when you put them into those places.
I hope this helps a little. If you still have some questions, or need more
help with design, or ideas, please don't hesitate to write, or visit us on IRC

Best wishes, and hope to hear form you soon.
