Hi Sean,

Thanks for volunteering! I'm in the process of sorting out specific
instructions on how to get going with this project, but what I can tell you
right off the bat is that the site we're using to distribute the shirts
accepts vector and pixel graphics. I think vector graphics are ideal so we
can scale them as needed without distortion. Also, from what I can tell
it's best to design in CMYK color schemes rather than RGB since we're
dealing with printed media. These vector graphics can then be uploaded to
our Spreadshirt store account and arranged on shirts, and I think even
coffee mugs and buttons, etc too.

Keeping these things in mind I think you could probably at least get started
playing around and thinking about ideas. Feel free to be as creative as you
like but also try to keep in mind existing common KDE related logos and
slogans.

- For logos you can check out
http://community.kde.org/Promo/Material/Artwork.
- For slogans, we should brainstorm on the promo list to come up with a list
of good slogans. "Be Free" and "We are KDE" come to mind right away but I
know there are others we could use.

Again, thanks for volunteering! I will touch base with you again once I get
more of these details sorted out. Let me know if you have any questions in
the mean time.

- Justin

p.s. Did you join the promo list? Just wondering if I need to CC you on
these responses or if you're getting them via the list.
