Nah, you can't work fulltime on this, none of us can. That introduces a 
challenge - many ppl working together creates overhead. That's why it's 
important to have ppl who require little looking after and just soldier on - a 
pro-active attitude and such. You're one of those, so are most on this list. 
That's what's needed...
