Bjorn, Steffen, Nuno and Celeste,

First of all, congrats on the KDE related business, it's good to hear.

About KDE helping you in marketing & getting business: I think this
might be controversial. I personally have no problem with it
whatsoever, but others might (hence the controversial part). I think
the board should discuss this amongst themselvers at the very least,
and probably with the e.V. at large.

Again, and I think I speak on behalf of the promo team on this, I
would love to help you guys out and give some publicity. We all love
the hard work of the Oxygen team and know how some are definately on
the 'starving hackers' list.

Concerning the use of the KDE logo, this is a legal matter as much as
a promo thing, and again something the board can decide on

Sebastian Kugler goes over official press release stuff.

This question, and both other ones, prompts me to assume this hasn't
been discussed in the board. However, Celeste is a board member? If
her being involved means the board has approved this I think it's
clear that the promo team is on your side, and the article below can
go in the usual dot que for publishing. I still don't understand the
questions, then.

Sorry for being less than completely positive about this - I'd love to
do everything I can to help KDE related business out. But I have to
think about the kittens errr other KDE contributors who should have a
say in this - directly or through the board..

So send this to the board, telling them you have the support of at
least me (and most likely the rest of the promo team) and get them to
approve it. We'll then do whatever we can to get you guys some
business.

Cheers,

Jos
