Hello,

I am one of the administrators on the KDE Forum (http://forum.kde.org). After 
the last discussion about a possible workflow (google docs etc) the forum team 
had an idea.

We could offer a forum just for the promo team. If it is needed, it can be 
password protected or only visible to a certain user group. So if you need to 
make drafts, just start a thread and the others can either post follow ups as 
discussion points or edit the draft directly. The configuration depends on you.
That is exactly what we do when we prepare the so-called Klassrooms (sebas at 
least should know what i mean :) )

This is only meant as suggestion for a possible different workflow. Oh, and we 
use OSS ;)
