Please do, but first contact former translators Frikkie Thirion and Petri 
Jooste (last commited to KDE svn in past May) (you can see their mails in the 
team page[1]). Also have a look at the team page[1] with 
http://www.geocities.com/kabousv1/ and 
https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/translate-discuss-af where 
there's a KDE related thread[2] i obviously can not understand :D
