Providing easily installable packages has been an end goal of the
KDE/Mac for a long time.
Also we're currently attempting to get the process more streamlined
and more in line with (one of)
the traditional "mac way(s)" of installing software.
Mastering a CD with drag and drop installation (the easiest most
popular method) is a ways off
though due to the KDE library frameworks (or lack thereof). .

Anyhoo we can certainly come up something that is easy installable
(double click, next, next, password, done).
The main developer mailing lists (and now) promo team will be informed
of our plans "soon" once things are in place.
