I wonder if future PR should include "big ticket" items that are being worked 
on for near-term releases.  Things that KDE 4.1 reviews often reference (the 
lack of decent proxy support, for instance) -- including such items in future 
PR as the action items we're working on helps portray that we are, in fact, 
listening and working on things brought up with user feedback...thoughts?

Just to divert heads from needlessly getting hot (after all, it can boil the 
brain), I must say that when I read his description, I took the quotes around 
it to indicate that he was referencing the portrayal of the type of user 
we've already heard plenty from, not making such a reference himself.  Relax, 
everyone  :-)
