Here's a crappy start:

Fresh from the KDE 4.0 Release Party event, Haavard Nord (CEO of 
Trolltech) announced amid his presentation that Qt 4 will be released 
under the GPL v3. (link to announcement:

). The KDE community would like to thank Haavard Nord and Trolltech for 
their continual support of KDE and the open source community.

Note: Qt will continue to be available under the GPL v2
