I agree with Aaron's comments, I'd like to add one thing:

- Please use Bitstream Vera Sans or something less obtrusive (maybe even 
  replacing Kabel). With the current font the whole thing looks kind of  ... 
  latex-ish :-) Bitstream would fit better with the business cards as well.

And yeah, I'd remove the background, just well aligned and set text and the 
Oxygen logo next to it. KISS.
