here's my personal take on it:

one can view it "separate teams" and breaking things up, or one can view it as 
a group of people taking personal ownership of a certain group of important 
tasks.

there have been some unfortunate elements of the former hinted at in some of 
the communiques up to this point, but i'm confident we can and will make it 
the latter.

personal ownership and coordination can do amazing things for the results of 
an effort. this is why i've been supportive, if at times corrective and free 
with constructive criticisms, of this effort.
