Sorry for being late, I was very busy with my university!
Giovanni, I just finished translating the announce, I will send you the file 
to publish it in KDE italia website and I will send the file to this list as 
well if necessary.
KDE Italia uses joomla as CMS and you know it is possible to set the 
publication time. I wish KDE admins send to this list, at least a day before, 
the release date, so we can spread correctly the announce.
