These are the features currently mentioned in the ChangeLog

Implement the ability to set CSS content on any element (CSS3), and allow any    
display value on generated content as per updated CSS 2.1 .
Implement CSS3 properties -khtml-background-clip, -khtml-background-origin 
and -khtml-background-size.
Implement MSIE extension document.scripts().
Increase usability of KIO KSSL dialog.
Add *.tor pattern for bittorrent mimetype.
Add x-mplayer2 (Microsoft media) mimetype.
Hint the selected search provider.
Add support for Fedora Core 5.
Add support for the next gnokii version (>= 0.6.13).
New facility to import alarms from other calendar files.
Add DCOP accessors and setters for the note colors.
Make CDROM info available in Control Centre.
Add sysfs parsing support. Needed for distros that don't have /proc/bus/usb 
anymore.
Add DCOP calls setFont() and font().
Miscellaneous speedups.
Make media:/ mount devices over HAL.
New feature: possibility to edit a Python script once constructed.
Reenable hint after game was lost and undoed.
