I've talked to a possible partner for merchandising last weekend. The deal of 
a coordinator would be to act as a single entry point for the merchandising 
stuff. Everything can be sent directly to Dublin I suppose, so it's not all 
that much work.

So the basic job of the akademy merchandise coordinator would be to send 
emails around, maybe two or three calls and take care that the sales get 
recorded, so maybe creating a form.

It'd be a big help if anyone would like to help there.
