I might add that so far I couldn't easily hand out rights to others to assist 
me with this because the way the current list works (while waiting for the 
new task management system) requires too many Drupal privileges, but I think 
I just came up with a solution.

Next time I'll go over the list I'll see if my idea is possible, and if it is 
you're more than welcome to help maintaining the task list :)
