I am done with the changelog

I have no more bugs in my mailbox and the tagging has started. So any commit 
from now on will end up in 3.5.4 AFAIK.
If you read the log you'll notice that almost no Coverity-patches are 
mentioned. There were really a lot of them, many fixing potential bugs. No 
clue how to deal with them.
