Hi Danil!

The FreeFont series is a GPL-licensed Unicode font:
http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/freefont/

Free Sans and FreeSerif contain far more Cyrillic characters than Arial.

I know that support for Greek and Hebrew is complete (with the exception of a 
few ancient letters that predate classical Greek and that are missing in 
Arial also).

Arabic, Hindi, Japanese, Chinese and Korean letters are also included and seem 
to be complete (but I don't speak those languages).
