I've had this on my TODO list aswell ("local groups stuff"), so this fits very 
well in there. I'll review and probably add more stuff.

The best place is indeed the spreadkde handbook, bonus for you if you register 
[0] and ask Tom for advanced privs to be able to edit the handbook stuff. (Do 
we have more than one role / access level yet, by the way, Tom?)
