This is seems to be be a relatively interesting
deployment of KDE:

It concerns a migration to KDE in South Africa.
Current numbers: 900. Forecast: 5500.

The main function of the machines seems to be
connecting to webapps (J2EE on FreeBSD). I wonder what
browser they use for this. It's probably Firefox, but
if it happens to be Konqueror, it's great news, I
suspect.

Would a dot article make sense?
