Does anyone know, or is anyone willing to find out, the policy they have on 
who gets added? I'd imagine that people would need to be hacking on some fd.o 
project, not just people who are part of a project that is involved with fd.o 
(i.e. any KDE contributor).

Then we could encourage every eligible person to do so...
