Actually I think it's new and not really well known yet. I only saw it
when they posted the GNOME/mono/java article which linked to Miguel
and Havoc on Galaxy.  I presume that Eugenia bootstrapped it by
inviting a few GNOME people and others to subscribe.

It's somewhat more than just an aggregator, in the sense that they
support their own custom comment system, but it would be interesting
to see KDE bloggers alongside the likes of Microsoft bloggers.  :-)
