CVS commit by raphael: 

... finally commit the KDE and KOffice presentation from the
Open Source Developers Conference in Vienna held on 17th February,

notes: the pdf file has cut off the bottom of the presentation, but all
content is there. So you should use the KPresenter file if possible. Also
make sure that the text fits well on the slides - I mostly used
Bitstream Charter.
