We are discussing the same thing with the webteam of www.kde.nl. I very much 
like this idea as well. Also we can ask for help from our artists at 
www.kde-look.org. 

I'm going to ask other websites like www.kde.de and others if they like such 
an idea and let's direct all discussions to kde-www@kde.org.
