A value judgement would be this is "garbage"

Saying it does not likely pose a threat is a threat assesment.

Gnome doesnt really list features -- they list their goals

Accessible

Developer-friendly
Organized
Supported
A community


This are open terms that anybody can interpt in differnet ways -- if i say
something is usable -- that tells me nothing -- how is it usable .. etc
