I don't want to start a discussion on what governments should fund and what
not.. I was merely stating why I myself won't make such a request in The
Hague.
But to get as much money as you can even when you don't have a real need, and
then desperately find a way to spend it.. that's clearly abusive and I don't
feel such a tactic is appropriate for KDE.
