I've read than Munich City Council will migrate to OSS. Does somebody know if 
the solution they chose uses KDE ? If it is the case, if I remember right 
they are some KDE hackers in Munich. It would be nice to write an article 
'KDE and Munich' and try to put it in a Bavarian paper (Süddeutsche Zeitung 
or something more modest).
