as this is a dutch text ... I will try to give my thoughts on this in english 
so everyone here can discuss. 


Bas, first of all you can see the craftmanship and I ask you if you are 
willing to write some stuff for www.kde.nl as well (think: announcements, 
reviews and maybe interviews)

now some words of criticism: 
I find that you are speaking too much about spyware. It will not stand imo as 
a good argument if you say that you do not have problems with viruses or so 
because linux (read KDE) does not have that problem ... 

Maybe you should tell about the fact that KDE would be a wonderful corporate 
desktop. And of course viruses have *less* chance to affect the KDE/Gnu/Linux 
system. Don't go off on the "we-do-not-have-problems-with-viruses"-thing

I have build a little website which should be merged soon with www.kde.nl main 
site at www.kde.nl/promo. On that little website I have written some mission 
statements about the goal of kde-promo in the Netherlands. I just want you to 
have a peek at it. Unfortunately it is all in dutch ...

Sinds enige tijd is KDE.nl actief bezig met het promoten van de KDE-desktop 
vanuit de visie om KDE een begrip in Nederland te maken. Hierbij willen we de 
volgende doelen bereiken:
 
*We willen desktopgebruikers laten zien dat de KDE-desktop een waardevol 
alternatief is voor commerciële besturingssystemen/desktopcombinaties die 
tegenwoordig verkrijgbaar zijn. 
*Aantonen dat KDE-systemen gecombineerd met GNU/Linux of een UNIX-systeem
