That's what the about data says, but:

So there are 183 files (about 30k LOC) in there that aren't under the LGPL.  
On the other hand there are only 65 files (10k LOC) that are LGPL.

I don't mean to be a "stick in the mud", but this is something that should 
probably be cleared up before this is announced.  I actually didn't look at 
the about data originally -- I just opened up a random file and read the 
license -- hence the confusion.
