Yes, I already talked to them at the last Linux Kongress in Cologne.
But concerning the use of MAS in KDE, there was a huge discussion about that 
on kde-multimedia in the last week. Right now MAS may be a great sound 
server, but it is far from what we need as a media framework (since it lacks 
features like video support).
