Hi Phillippe!

Thank you very much for your suggestion to submit both projects. We had 
already talked about applying, but as we don't know French well enough, 
we have not made any submission.

Yes, it would be really nice if you could do that. Apart from the three 
applications in the new kdeaccessibility package, which are beimg 
translated at the moment, Pupeno is working an a general text-to-speech 
framework for KDE that is currently available in kdenonbeta CVS.
