I know someone who'll be very happy if we put rosegarden on it :)
It's a sequencer and music editor (think Cubase etc.)

But something like kmymoney2 (or Opale?) - personal finance program - is a 
must, this is a need for most home users I think (well, I use kspread, but many
people need something more elaborate to replace MSMoney).
