Yes, there are a few tools for this:

rfbproxy is a proxy that's between server and client and captures the traffic. 
It can later replay the data to a VNC client:

vncrec is a recorder and player integrated in a vncviewer issue (never tried 
it):
http://www.sodan.org/~penny/vncrec/

And I just discovered vnc2swf, which can convert the recordings to Flash:
http://www.unixuser.org/~euske/vnc2swf/

If you want to record, *dont* use krfb. Use the regular vncserver which is 
more effective (to use it with a KDE desktop rewrite the .vnc/xstartup 
script).
