I only considered the document to have been finished fairly recently. Well
actually the final changes were made to it quite some time ago so it could
probably have been posted a few weeks ago had I not have to do real life
thigs like go to lectures at Uni (actually, I'm not entirely sure how Dirk
finds time to be co-ordinator!) and had been slightly more organised.
Additionaly I was waiting to see if there was going to be any further
summaries from the other SIGs, but did not receive any responses.

Just for clarification: I attempted to submit the story to the dot on Friday,
but the submission got lost due to the bug. I then re-sent in on Monday (I
think it was) but when it still didn't appear due to the bug I mailed
Navindra to check the status.
Thank you, Navindra, for promptly posting the story and checking what the
problem was after I mailed you.
