messe.systems.de seems to be working now. Konqueror users are redirected to 
the ie version of the site.

Here's the next site that recognizes IE and Netscape only: www.ctp.com
The content pages (at /0_0_home.shtml) are rendered correctly with Konqueror. 
I dropped them a mesage, but did not get any response yet.
