The problem with older SuSE distros is that it only contains an
old version of CUPS, while the CUPS module of KDEPrint needs a
higher version. Thus the compilation of that module gets disabled
and the module is not included in packages for those distros.
You only need to recompile kdelibs with a recent CUPS version
installed.
