Hi, Just to inform about new feature: it is now possible to define instances for special printers as well. It is not limited to real printers anymore. Instances can be defined in the print manager as usual. Testing is welcome. Bug known: PageSize, ColorMode and Orientation are disabled when configuring an "special" instance from the print manager. Important note: for this to work, slashes are now forbidden in special printer name. This mean that the "Print To File (PDF/Acrobat)" has to be changed. You should then: 1) update kdelibs/kdeprint/specials.desktop 2) check if you have a local file ~/.kde/share/apps/kdeprint/specials.desktop. If yes, either simply remove it, or edit it so that '/' is not present in any special printer name (only the name, not the description). Bye.
